Safeguarding Policy

Pathway Tenancy Support Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults. We recognise our responsibility to protect individuals from abuse, neglect, and harm while delivering tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention support.

All staff and associates are expected to act in a way that protects the dignity, rights, and wellbeing of the people we support. Appropriate DBS checks are in place, and safeguarding best practice is followed at all times.

Any safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and reported promptly in line with internal safeguarding procedures and, where necessary, escalated to the appropriate statutory agencies.
