Who We Are

Pathway Tenancy Support Ltd is a newly established not-for-profit providing tenancy sustainment support for vulnerable adults at risk of homelessness in the North West.

We were founded because we saw a persistent gap: too many tenants fall through the cracks between a housing assessment and long-term tenancy stability. Our service exists to fill that gap with practical, consistent support.

Our approach is built on years of frontline housing and support experience. The people behind Pathway have worked directly with vulnerable tenants, navigated the benefits system, and managed complex housing cases across multiple settings.

Our Team

Pathway Tenancy Support was founded by Duncan Okumbor, who has over seven years of frontline experience in tenancy sustainment, housing support, and homelessness prevention. Our small team brings direct, practical experience from working with vulnerable tenants across a range of housing settings.

We are a small, focused team at an early stage. That means every referral gets personal attention from experienced practitioners, not junior staff or subcontractors.
